As of 25 June 2008, the Bank was assigned a B2 long-term/Not Prime short term foreign currency deposit rating and E+ financial strength rating by Moody’s Investors Service. As of 30 June 2008 Fitch Ratings re-affirmed UkrGasBank ratings of Long-term Issuer Default 'B-' with a Stable Outlook, National Long-term 'BBB- (ukr) with a Stable Outlook, Short-term IDR 'B', Individual 'D/E', Support '5'. As of 9 September 2008 the Bank was assigned an uaA- long-term credit rating (national scale) as compared to BBB+ in June 2007 by Credit Rating, a local agency.
