In December 2006, UkrGasBank made a $16m debut in international capital market by raising its first syndicated loan. A total of 8 financial institutions from 6 countries joined the transaction. The debut loan has been repaid on December 5, 2007. In June 2007 a new facility was launched and after a very successful syndication, raising 130% oversubscription, was closed at $46m. A total of 14 financial institutions from 10 countries joined the transaction. The loan has been repaid on June 12, 2008. In December 2007 the $20m club deal was successfully closed. A total of 9 financial institutions from 6 countries joined the transaction. In August 2008 UkrGasBank raised $23m syndicated loan. A total of 7 financial institutions from 5 countries joined the transaction.
