Vadim P. Lyashko

Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSB UkrGasBank.
V. Lyashko was born on May 9, 1969 in Kyiv.
After leaving Kyiv School №90, he entered energy department of Kyiv Institute of National Economy.

1987-1989 he was enrolled in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

1993 - graduated from the Institute and worked in JSCB “Ukraine”.

1997 - leaved the post of Head of Securities and Exchange Activity Department of JSCB “Ukraine”.

1997-1998 - worked as an assistant of the Head of representative office “Russian credit” bank and as a Deputy Chairman of the Board in OJSC “Russian credit – finance Ukraine.”

1999-2000 - held the post of Deputy Head of Operations Department at stock market in OJSC “State Savings Bank of Ukraine.”

March 2000 - Head of Internal Audit Department in OJSB UkrGasBank.

June 2002 – April 2004 – Deputy Chairman of the Board - Head of Financial and Budget Department, and from April 2004 - Deputy Chairman of the Board.

From August 2004 Vadim P. Lyashko has been working as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSB 'UkrGasBank'.

Married, has a son.
