Regulations on tender participation

According to results of contest conducted by State Treasury of Ukraine on October 13, 2005 OJSB UkrGasBank is among the banks entitling to provide mass service for state organizations and enterprises with the object of cash payment on check of State Treasury of Ukraine bodies.

OJSB UkrGasBank can apply this right starting from January 1, 2006 in the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea region, Vinnitskiy region, Volinskiy region, Dnipropetrovskiy region, Donetskiy region, Zakarpatskiy region, Zaporizkiy region, Kyiv region, Kirovogradskiy region, Lugansk region, Lviv region, Odessa region, Poltava region, Rivenskiy region, Sumskiy region, Ternopilskiy region, Kharkivskiy region, Khersonskiy region, Khmelnitskiy region, Cherkassiy region, Kyiv city, Sevastopol city.

Currently UkrGasBank is one of the biggest Ukrainian banks. As of September 1, 2005 its net assets totaled UAH 2034,1 Mio, loan and investment portfolio – UAH 1112,7 Mio.
