Brokerage services in Ukrainian stock market are granted by Head Office of JSB Ukrgasbank, OJSC, as a licensed securities trader (license from Securities and Stock Market State Commission of Ukraine under series AB No. 124927, dated 09.02.2005, for professional activities in securities market). JSB Ukrgasbank, OJSC has a vast network of its branches and offices that are offered to you to approximate the stock market of Ukraine to you. Now, you do not need to travel to financial companies’ central offices in order to effect a transaction in securities market, you may apply to our branch or office, which means:
1. Possibility to promptly enter into agreement for for brokerage servicing of transactions in securities and to file an order for transactions in securities
2. Possibility, where necessary, to submit documents for opening of a securities account and to open it promptly
3. Possibility of prompt information of completion of an order
4. Possibility of undelayed document circulation
5. Possibility to make requests to and receive advices from securities experts of JSB Ukrgasbank, OJSC
Brokerage servicing under Public Broker program is exclusively granted to resident individuals who have their current accounts and securities accounts. If such accounts are not available, these customers are offered to open such accounts with JSB Ukrgasbank, OJSC. The documents being executed on site, i.e. with a Bank’s office visited by a customer.
Public Broker program invokes brokerage servicing only with shares and bonds of an active market, i.e. those being regular subject of agreements made in securities market. Also, Public Broker program invokes placement and repurchase of investment certificates of investment funds under separate agreements.

If you have not found the securities you wish to receive brokerage services for, you may nevertheless address a Bank’s office and fill out the proper application, which will promptly be revised by the experts and given a conclusive response.
