The action envisages new cars acquiring for credit funds without advance payment and without any additional provision.
Minimal interest rates on crediting for one year is stood at 10,5% in foreign currency and 15,5% in national currency without any monthly fees and commissions.
Another one innovation is increase of maximal loan period for cars manufactured in Russia by “Car Loan” program (new cars) and its establishment for 5 years.
