As the Chairman of the Board informs, in May 2007 “Ukrgasbank” JSB, OJSC plans to make debut issue of three-year Eurobonds to the amount not less than USD 100 million and up to the end of the year to attract a syndicated loan.
As it was informed earlier, in December 2006 “Ukrgasbank” JSB, OJSC attracted debut syndicated loan to the amount of USD 16 million, which arranger was Standard Bank Plc (Great Britain).
The syndicated loan is attracted for one year at a rate of Libor +3,1%.
