To attention of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank" and other interested persons!

In accordance with decision taken by the extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (Minutes No.3 as of 12.07.2007) and conditions under Offering Circular of OJSB "UkrGasBank", registered by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the Supervisory Board of OJSB "UkrGasBank" in the Meeting as of 21.09.2007 (Minutes No. 6), took decision that within the second stage of an open (public) offering of shares of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (from 01.10.2007 to 05.10.2007 inclusively) the shares will be placed at the price UAH 5 (five) per a share.
