To attention of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank"

In accordance with decision taken by the extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (Minutes No.1 dated 01.02.2008) and conditions under Issue prospectus of OJSB "UkrGasBank", registered by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission, the Supervisory Board of OJSB "UkrGasBank" in the Meeting as of 21.03.2008 (Minutes No. 2), took decision that within the second stage of an open (public) placement of shares of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (from 27.03.2008 to 31.03.2008 inclusively) the shares will be placed at the price UAH 5,50 (five hrn. 50 kop.) per a share.
