Purchase of shares in the interests of a client

The Bank is capable to purchase shares in the interests of customers utilizing its branch and office network. Purchase of shares includes the whole range of services related to purchase of shares: search for potential buyers, execution of share sale and purchase agreements, monetary settlements for shares, including those with individuals, re-registration of shares ownership rights via the system of securities registrars and custodians, immobilization of shares, where appropriate.
