Additional services provided at the cash desks of branches of JSB "UKRGASBANK"
Аt the cash desks of branches of JSB "UKRGASBANK" provides additional services for
- Exchange/change of the national currency
- Exchange of Coins (Banknotes) of the national currency for circulation commemorative coins of the national currency of special issue
- Checking the authenticity of banknotes
- Provision of certificates/duplicates of receipts (certified copies) regarding cash transactions, etc.
Services are provided under the following conditions:
- Services are provided without opening an account
- The commission is paid by the client in hryvnias when receiving the service
- When carrying out operations in foreign currency, the commission is paid in hryvnias at the NBU exchange rate at the time the service is provided
- The amount of the commission is calculated according to the rules of rounding in accordance with NBU Board Resolution No. 25 of the 15-th of March 2018 "On optimizing the circulation of small denominations coins"
- Exchange of banknotes is carried out in the case of availability of banknotes of the required denomination at the cash desk of the bank branch
